Hi All, Offering a 1948 Mercury 59A Flathead engine. The details are; N.O.S. Navarro heads N.O.S. Offenhauser intake N.O.S. Fenton headers N.O.S. Clay Smith mild cam 97 Strombergs (He thinks they were N.O.S.) 12v generator starter Magnafluxed block My friend Steve Krieger had this engine built by Joe Konic (not sure about the spelling) from Long Beach Ca back in the late 90's. He was a well known Flathead guy back in the day and friend of Navarro. The engine was fired on a engine stand, then crated and sealed up with a lot of desiccant. He just recently opened it up and as you can see it's in perfect condition. Comes without the trans in the photos, but will put another one in for shipping. Thanks for looking!
