Here is my other ride, a 1947 Ford Fordor Super Deluxe. I rebuilt the original flathead this summer. The motor was bored sixty over and there is a merc 4 inch crank in it. There is also a mild cam in it.

Its really special. It has a perfect stance and a hot rod look. I 100% dig it. Early full fendered model A's just look tuff.

Well heres mine. It's a 51 F1 (well some of the hood trim and various bits are F2.
It's been chopped a little over 2 1/2 and had the drip rail shaved, and I'm about to attempt a channel about the same amount.
Chassis is *gasp* 2000 Ford Explorer AWD 5.0.

And the plan is for it to look like this..

Well, before the end of 2007, I thought I'd best show you mine on a first real posting. Some are past (recently), the rest are still with me...Gibbo

This photo is 26 years old and the truck and my daughter have both changed quite a bit.
Currently it is faded primer and in dire need of a redo and the 292 that is sitting on the engine stand in the shop.

I'd like to add a few pictures to this but can't figure out how to do it. I tried by clicking upload files, but it failed to load. What's the secret? Thanks, Bill

  19. Hey Bill,
    Try this:
    http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=6

There are a couple of how to threads for pictures sticky'd at the top. If that doesn't work, I'll try to help you. By the way, there's a similar 2008 thread started:
    http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=232350

    Thanks,
    Kurt

Here's my Camaro. Anyone seen it? I still have the keys and the title so that means I own it, right? It was stolen a few years back.
