OK, it's not old school stuff, but it's got a little history. I've owned it since '84 and drove it my senior year in high school.......

  13. Here is an old pic in the mist of yanking the straight eight and auto trans. Before any HAMBers start up I did not cut the grill to pull the motor, I've got a custom grill in the works.

I fired the new motor in the Silver Bullet on Friday and drove it for the first time since I've owned the car ! Nothing like the first drive !!! I bought the car Oct.28th2007 in Stockton with no motor or trans , really 80's style , but NICE metal . Me and my buddy Robert have been bustin' out on it ever since (I mostly hand him tools ) . Dec 10th my wife and I snuck in having a new baby girl named Taylor . We took the 57 completely apart , all glass out etc. and went to town . Some of you guys might not like the wheel/tire combo (New white boy style) , but I dig it . Heading to Pedro's tomorrow for upholstery .

This is my official first post.....

You folks have some really nice cars and its cool to see other peoples projects...

I am no expert on this car building stuff but I am learning. My current and only project is a 1946 Chevrolet 1/2 ton truck. I am 1 year into the build.

With all of those kickass vehicles posted up I guess I'll throw a turd in the punch bowl :D
1949 Chevy. Chevy 350 with a little nud nuddin cam and a TH350 So I can hold on to my beer and things as I drive. I'm no body man at all so I figured with this thing I can experiment and see what I can do.I keep her mobile but I cant guarantee stuff aint gonna fall off it.

She ain't the prettiest poison, but she's been mine since I could drive. Beside having all her teeth, she speaks loud and proper english! There's a lot on the "to do" list. If it'd just warm up.
