BangShift has live streaming March Meet coverage this weekend. Starts again Friday at 8am. California time. It's pretty good some cars are better than others but still worth a view.

They cover the Meltdown in print every year BigDrag,hopefully this year will have a live feed too.
Keep your eyes peeled for an extremely tall gentleman with a bunch of camera gear and a bangshift t-shirt.

Ever since the neighbor kid brought his Cheetah slot car along to race ( around 1966-67 ) wanted one of these.

Only 11 Built, Someone came out with a kit a few years back ( so there was a tiny bit of hope ) but I
still would have to win the lotto.

 

there are several real and reproduction cheetas very close to me. let me know if you want one.

he runs a repro at road America. he is also the guy who got the repros to be built. its cool to see one driving around town. its not too often. he said they get real hot inside. last I counted there were about seven at his shop all in a row.
