we are hoping to have trailer parking at the National Guard parking lot which is about 1/4 mile up the road on Old Highway 20.
We are not naive to the fact that trailers will be brought into the Dubuque area....
but we just dont want them on site.

I just booked the last 2 bed room at the Super 8 for the weekend. There really aren't many rooms left in town................. Now to get the car drivable. LOL I'm looking forward to this show. It'll be my first time there.

while some hotels are selling out - there are still quite few that have rooms
    Best Western Plus
    563-557-8000
A full service hotel and has won the top award for Best Western hotels in Iowa – very nice place.
MainStay Suites - only has smoking rooms available
    563-557-7829
    2 miles from the fairgrounds.
    Country Inn & Suites
    (563) 583-2500
Next to Mainstay Suites -Harley Davidson; next to Carlson O’Kelly’s & Applebee’s
    Holiday Inn Express
    Dubuque, IA
    563-556-4600

Please mention the Torque Fest when calling these hotels - we are trying to get free rooms for some volunteers - If YOU want to volunteer - please go to the site and submit your info.
If you are willing to contribute 20 hours for the weekend (yes 10 hours each day) then we will try our best to comp you a room.
If you can only give a couple of hours of time - then you still get free entry, free shirt and you help the show run smoother.

We are officially at 300 pre registered entries!

Thanks for all those that have pre paid.

Also - just so everyone is clear....
when you pre register - you get 1 wristband, the official DVD (released in summer), an exclusive VTF sticker, $5 off the entry price at the drags, and you get in 30 minutes early.

ALL people pay the same amount.
    Spectators and car owners alike.
There is no extra charge to show your car.

If you have a need for extra weekend passes, simply go to the website and click on Register
There you can purchase weekend wristband for $15

If you wait until the show - it will be $20 for weekend pass.

    Thanks for all the support!

    only 38 days to go......

20 bands 20 bucks, dirt track racing, pin up contest, indoor vendors, art show, swap meet, oh yeah and vintage hot rods. Is this worth going to? Is it worth the time off of work and the gas money? What do you think? Pay up sucka, be there.
