After 2 1/2 years I FINALLY got my new North Carolina Title yesterday.... Countless letters and forms between DMV, DOT, Insurance Bond...I was beginning to think It would never get here.... And yes I did have a Valid title from the state my car came from....go figure.. NC should be listed as one of the worst states in the country for dealing with out of state hot rod registration.... However....even the ladies in the Special Titles Dept. were apologizing for the stupidity. They were very helpful...I just never got frustrated with them...
