It's not the speed in which you proceed but the quality with which you finish. Couldnt be any better good job knuckles

so what front wheels are you ending up with? I looked but didn't see if you said or not? I saw the back slots wouldn't work - front slots with steelies would be *****in

  7. Looking good.
I still have the intake. I blew the dust off it today. Just let me know when you are ready.

Ron, the Special is looking SOOOOOO hot! Love the slots out front!

Think of metallic silver powder coat for the trailing arms.

SmokinBill, you have a great looking car! I would have to say that the condition of both cars is similar.

I can't wait to be finished.

    Thanks.

Nope, he's been working on putting that Caddy 500 in his work truck. The Buick is back to it's lonely self all dressed up and looking pretty but nowhere to go.

****ie, I got to lookin' at the "SKYLARK" the other day when I was at the shop.....

Fab the front radius rods out of some 1x2 (or other suitable) tube with the same drilled and filled holes. Make them long enough to run back to the front trailing arm mounts, fab a third "gusset" and mount both on one long bolt. That should keep the mounts clean, and make the radius rods long (short) enough to help with your steering geometry.

If this doesn't make sense, let me know and I'll try to draw it out for you.

    Whatever you do......get busy!

    Easy jack***:D

Had a setback today with the Caddy. It'll be squared away Monday.

You better get to drawing man!

Guys, thanks for the concern. I have to sort my dailys out first. As soon as I get the damn truck squared away I have to get back on this thing. I have had plenty of time to think about what needs to be finished.

    I'm on it.
