Hot Rods Ohio Rodders, need to ID roadster photo from 1959

    I can't really tell, but it looks like it has a turtle deck, and an open rumble seat. And it appears he is carrying something across the opening. Could it be sitting on a later frame, like a '40?

    Yes, looks like 26-27 Ford T cowl and door.....might be homemade behind doors.
    Probably 26-27 T title.....as that is what the body started out as.

    I've had no luck so far in identifying this old rodder and his car, in Wilmington, ohio. Hope no one will mind me bumping it again. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
