I've had my oil pan off for about a week. Changing gasket. Work slow lol. So will I have to prime the pump?

if you have an oil pressure gauge, just crank er over till ya get a reading.
if not pull the coil wire (don't let it start) and turn it over to the count of 10/20,
then fire it.... pan off might, not be as important as how long ago it was run.

be leave me your NOT as slow as me, i been changing a cam in an engine that is on its
own engine stand for 4 years, yes i said (4) four YEARS , just can't get into it,
sitting way back there in the back of the shop POOR thing. It must be
because it has no home or its just not needed...lol
