OK, I'm An Idiot!...Any Hambrs near Aurora Ohio?...it's between Akron and Cleveland..

I screwed up. I won a pair of B-L-C headlights on the 'bay and the guy refuses to ship them...local pickup only.

I posted this in another thread, but didn't realize it was in Ohio...I thought it was Aurora Colorado...I already had guys standing by to go get them in Colorado.

So here's the deal...I need one of you fine upstanding Hambrs that is close to Aurora Ohio (it's between Akron and Cleveland) to go get these headlights and ship them down to me here in Okiehoma...I will buy all gas, tolls, beer, whatever, (no ******s) if you can go get them for me. I think it's about a 20-30 mile drive from Akron or Cleveland...anyone want to help a fellow Hambr out?...hmm?...purdy please?...I'll let you date my sister...

Your sister's not any better looking than you! I can't believe the guy wouldn't ship a pair of headlights. Don't these people realize they are cutting the number of potential buyers from 10,000 to about 10.

yep...I told him to keep the Model A headlight bar and the tractor lights...all I wanted was the BLC 682-J's.

 

Tell him I'll take the Model A bar. I could always use the cups for my next project. If I take it does that take me down to a 6 pack?

I called a guy on Akron's craigslist Mon. that had a carb I wanted, he said no problem shipping. I wait two days and call him back to see if he had the shipping quote yet.
His reply, "Oh, I just sold it to someone else, it was easier" what a douche bag ! Maybe it was the same guy, glad you got yours handled.
