I was re-doing some stuff on the new dragster for Dan Horan Sr., and I snapped a picture of his orginal Tony Nancy Bug Catcher Cover.

  10. That's too funny.

Right after they got the new program where they weren't supposed to see your junk I was passing though thr machine in Vegas. The lady said, "ooops I wasn't supposed to see that." So I said, "Did I scare ya honey?" Made for lots of laughs when they were frisking me. I won't tell you about the pat down save it for another day. ;)

Mine shows the team motto on the side of the roadster cockpit surround:

White Goose Bar - Where LSR is a lifestyle.

as opposed to a bucket list item.

Me and my #7 Track Roadster on the dirt for the first of many times. This was the lead in photo in an article on the car in TRJ#10.

  13. Pics and a play on words from a certain "Rite-of-Passage" movie we all know and love.

  14. When I picked mine my son was about a year old. He loved the big bad wolf from the Looney Tunes version of The Three Little Pigs. So I had to have one as my avatar. I've kept it ever since.

I spent alot of time picking out my avatar. To me it is a representation of who I am. It is a photo of my late Father (at age 12) standing next to my late Grandfather. I found out recently that it was taken by our local newspaper in August of 1957 for a lead story about my Grandfathers success in the World Series of Drag Racing. Both the homemade dragster and the 32 roadster are still in our family. Additional photos and history on the 32 can be found here...http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=430371&highlight=kraft+bronson. Photos and history on the Dragster in my signature below.

Since my project is not heading toward anything that could be considered a Hot Rod I just used the licence plate that I got when I was active with Hot Rods and such. Being a founding member of the Power Club was not all that I thought it would be. A definate letdown on Hot Rod Magaizines part in the mid 80's. If it had gone the direction many of us were hoping it would it would have been a good thing. I kept the licence plate to remind me to not join much til others have tested the water. Rod

I can explain it with this video:

  18. Right after my friends and I unloaded the '50 chevy into my garage, the conversation degraded to dry humping the car, and my need for a big pink furry hat........

This picture showed up in my e-mail a few days later.

Have you ever had one of those "perfect" moments while cruising in your ride?
You know when everything just seems right, the weather was perfect, the car was running smooth and you just get kind of "lost" in the moment?
Just glad I had the good sense God gave me to snap a picture so I can remember that feeling.
    Anyway that's my story.
