  3. My first car and me, 46 years ago - full of hope and promise, among other things. Memphis, TN.

The car - 265, 2bbl., headers, Hurst shifter, chrome reverse wheels, Covico steering wheel, painted Mopar dark green.

One of you guys probably owns it now.

  4. It was the final film appearance for both Gable and Monroe. One of my favorite movies. I will alway be a fan of Norma Jeane.

Cropped from the picture of me and the late great Art Gray. Art is the good lookin black man. I am the ugly white guy. He gave me the Horne Manifold that day that I now have on the Cad. engine in my roadster. Art bought a Caddy. crate engine in the early '50s put it in his 32 coupe and went racing at Bonn. You can see him listed in early '50s Hot Rod mag. coverage of Bonn.

Me, my son and, grandson in Yuma, AZ. We took a road trip from San Jose to Yuma to pick up this '35. My grandson is a big car nut, it was a cool trip.

"Not to put too fine of a point on it..."

It is a twist drill, laying on a dime. I took that picture after I drilled a bunch of holes in 17-4 stainless with that drill...

Mine is a picture of Tiburcio Vasquez. One of many Mexican bandits who put the word "Bandido" into the English language. I really dig his story. Vasquez Rocks in the north-east corner of the San Fernando valley, here in California, is named after him. It was one of his favorite hide outs.

  18. I 1963 I graduated high school. Always wanted a SS Impala Conv. I 1991 I found one near home and did a frame up resto. I have the original BoS and found the 1st owner, sent him photos of the car. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I use to race this car in the mid 70's at Sears Point and Fremont drag strip. My dad bought it off of Mike Mitchell. We raced it at the first super comp race at the Northern Nationals.

It's Fritz The Cat! A self-centered and hedonistic anthropomorphic feline con artist, lacking both morals and ethics, who frequently goes on wild adventures that sometimes involve sexual escapades.
