Technical Okay, what do these fit?

Hi everyone, have a couple of parts that are a mystery to me. Came with a project 46 Ford sedan I had but never used them. Two appear to be shock mounts for something, the other two are for ? and I don't know what they would be used for. Cross spring to ? mounts? I need a clue please. Thanks

 

Upper and lower aftermarket tube shock kit for the 46-48 Ford (looks like it might lower it a bit also).

 

Well, that makes sense because it was included with the car when I bought it. I just left the original shocks on the front and it was that way when I sold it. Thanks 1oldtimer!
