He screwed me on some ebay parts about 3 years ago under the name fartech.
He was in Scottsdale then and I think the California address was his mother and was where he grew up. I had a big thread like this one going here and on a bunch of other boards and nothing ever came of it. He even popped up on here under an alias and tried to feel out what we knew about him. I filed official complaints with a dozen different online and realworld "law" agencies and the concensus was that he was too small a fish to **** with. I guess nickel-dime mail fraud does pay.

Somebody oughta drop a drum of used oil in this ****er's pool!! The web geek can't be completely oblivious to the Scottsdale Scammer's activities - and he's the ***hat that makes it possible for him to do anonymous online business.

Thanks! I found that listing too. The funny thing is, it shows that he sold it. The Mother F'er never had one to sell! Imagine that!!!!! I know whom I've sold my products to, he will never be one of them! I just sent the s*** an email tell him that he is not a distributor of my products and to remove all information of my product from his website and other listings. I doubt he will do it, I don't want my products ***ociated with this bottom dwelling, s*** ****ing, felon!!!!

That's one of his common M.O.'s........he'll put your design on his web site and then take an order for it......THEN he contacts me and asks if I'll drop ship a timing tag to his customer, whom he just charged almost $10 more than if the guy knew he could buy them from me directly.......his nerve is almost limitless!!! He just has no shame!

He's true to form with what he did with your product, Dan.......the guy really needs to be dealt with......it's a shame that authorities aren't interested.......he's a s***bag!

    Kirk,
Attempted to do the same to us. Placed our logos in an eBay ad and used my photos that I send to customers for potential purchase. He never got a chance to ask for anything for free as I informed eBay through our corporate lawyers that what was going on here was a Trade Mark infringement & copyright infringement:mad: utilizing my personal-intelectual property w/o my written or oral consent..
I drafted up a cease & dessist letter & emailed it as well as sent it registered.
Yes, this guy is a non-conformer and does not play by the rules of engagement in dealing as a business.
I looked @ some of the items on his website & found in particular that the intakes seemed way underpriced. There is abosulutely no way that the mfg of these particular manifold are going to be able to make a profit if they are letting him list them for what he has on his website. If it sounds too good to be true it usually is too good to be true!
So keep an eye out for this guy. I'd hate to be thought about the way this guy is!;)

  7. I just called the ****er...completely denied he was 'Ol Parts...he sounded pretty damn sketchy and caught off guard though...I'm not done yet...

I was doing some more checking on the Ford Truck Site.
MrF-1 has pictures of "Interesting Parts" he forund, if you click on the properties ****on for the picture it lists a company he stole the picture from, then if you go to the cl***ifieds he has the part for sale, sometims at nearly double the price.
So far I've found stuff from Sac. Vintage Ford, Fairlane, EMS and others.

If anyone doubts why God created Smith & Wesson, this is your proof.

    O. K. guys it sounds like this guy is a for real thief. Those of you who have been ripped off by him and have proof, CALL the Arizona Attorney General at 602 542-5763 or 1-800-352-8431. That's the Consumer Information and Complaint line. Since this guy is a resident of Scottsdale, AZ then he is under the juridiction of the Arizona Attorney General. When talking to the Attorney General's office be calm, gentle, don't curse, just be sure you outline your complaint logically and explain how you were wronged. That is ALL of you who have been ripped off. The more complaints that are logged with the AG's office the better. It gives them more reason to go after this guy. Since he is operating on the internet and through the U.S. Mail then there are more charges they can bring against him. Terry Goddard, the AG, is very consumer oriented so maybe with enough complaints, then we can put this guy out of business. Besides we don't know how many other complaints have been lodged with the AG's office already. Go do it now and show those who would rip us off just what the power of the H.A.M.B. can do.

The following message now appears on the home page of the Ol' Parts Mining Co. website:
"At this time the opmc will be closed and remain closed for an unknown amount of time. We are sorry, but do to the letting go of one of our lead managers, we are closing up shop and are not sure if the site will reopen. You are welcome to check back at a later time. Thank you."

Wonder how many "lead managers" they could have had?

Jeese what a little pressure and a few links and e-mails can do.

Smack upside the head with the H.A.M.B. and MSN, and the Dinkie-**** is on the run.
He will surface again unless legal pressure is brought down on him.

The real place to hit him is eBay. He just uses the forums as a place to puff his chest, and get free advertising (he had the balls to ***** about Ford Truck Enthusiasts' charging for listing him as a dealer). eBay is where the money is. We should forward links to all the threads about him (here, MSN, HotRodders, etc) to eBay and PayPal.

He's been off eBay for about a month or more now....maybe a bit longer....he stated on his web site that he had *outgrown* his little eBay business and was in the process of opening a real retail store in Scottsdale.......his web site being closed down is proof that he's run into some kind of trouble.....probably due to all of the HAMBers who are getting after his ripoff practices and his dumb*** manner in which he conducts himself......maybe eBay threw him off....he had about a 20% negative feedback rate!

I tried to e-mail him and see *how's business, Nate?*, but the ****er is so illiterate that he has a misspelled e-mail address linked from his web site!!! Instead of sales@olpartsmine, he put *sales@olparstmine* Bwaaaa-haaa! How's that for incompetence? What a *******.........he really needs a good tuneup! (If you know what I mean......)

I've been watching this thread for some time. It's interesting that there has been a lot of chest t*******, insult throwing, and threat making yet not one thing has been done (and I suspect there never will be). If you don't understand that a person (not human) of this caliber will only be reached through certain physical violence then you have your head in the sand. In certain countries if you steal you loose a hand. It's a sure way to identify a thief. If you get caught twice I believe you loose your life. I'm willing to bet that there have been those who have stolen twice under those cir***stances but for every one caught there is one less thief a**** the population. We have gotten so soft on crime in this country that there is little fear a**** theives and murderers only the prospect of a well protected life behind bars with all of the comforts of home, the prospect of eventual release, and the interveining years spent with the best teachers on earth who specialize in your particular crime. I'm willing to bet that this individual will never suffer anything more than the insults and threats that have been hurled at him here and years from now will find him living a cushy retirement and laughing daily about how he aquired his lifestyle. One thing that you have to admit about the Godfather style of justice, IT WORKS!!

    Hi Frank,
How have you been? I'm recovering from a triple by-p*** heart attack that I had on the Monday following Billetproof.Look at the earlier post on this thread that shows the hotrod.com website. Click on it and go to the 3rd page of SYCO Vendor From Hell. It has a new quote from the Ol' Parts Mining Company that reads Quote: At this time the opmc will be closed and remain closed for an unknown amount of time. We are sorry, but due to the letting go of one of our lead managers,we are closing up shop and are not sure if the site will re-open. You are welcome to check back at a later time. Thank You, MANAGEMENT...THE OPMC. Take care....Mike Farris

I agree Dan, OPMC ****s -That guy steals my pictures and uses them on his website. That may not seem like a big deal to some but I work on those pics and it takes time – I don’t steal them. Plus I’m really unhappy if anyone thinks I have any connection to this guy. I don’t and never will.

One of the things I noticed on the Ford Truck Site was that different items were listed with his location being in different states.
What I figured he was doing was selling someone eleses product and haveing it dropped shipped from the original dealer. I found one item that was from Sac Vintage Ford (their picture) that he was selling for $85.00, Sac's price was $48.50.

Don't ya wish you could markup your prices like he did for your stock?

He was also working a scam on a college that is building a Ford Pickup for Make-A-Wish. I E-mailed the College with all the links to these threads.

Somebody grab this dud, haul him to the H.A.M.B. Drags and everyone do a drive-by ***** Slap on him.

I just received an email from OPMC; here is what it says:

    8bit
    N. Cooper is not longer managing this company and has moved on to other field leaving the OPMC to new management as of Mach of this year. We understand your request and your items were removed for our site and others earlier this month. We to feel that this item is not suited to our market.

Thank you for your time and we are sorry that we could not produce any sales for you. We have also canceled the ad in Cl***ic trucks mag. and are most happy to comply with your request as we have already canceled everything related. Thank you again

Dan.......I am quite familiar with Nate's lack of grammatical and spelling ability and I am guessing, BUT.......I'd have to say that this note was composed by none other than Nate, himself......I'd bet $5
