This Impala was bought new and a week later my dad started chopping it up. He always had a thing for customs. He showed this car for years and was changing on it for a few years. Just learning how to do some things it took him a while. The car has been in numerous magazines back in it's time from the many car shows it won. He attended Starbird shows as often as he could and won some national shows with it and some other cars he built just for show. This one was a driver. When it came time for show he would spend hours on end getting it ready for the trailer to the show. This car sat in our back yard for many years and was sold to a man in Lubbock TX. The car was stolen from there and has resurfaced only breifly time and time again. My dad still has the original ***le for this car.

Wow! So Reggie sold the car not knowing it was a stolen car?

If is was stolen and you have the ***le that would make it your car...right?

Wonder why the guy that bought it that is was stolen from never got the ***le?

    Crazy stuff...

So. Yeah. Anything from those who claim to know this car personally? Without proof it's ********.

Just a few pics for you skeptics out there. The magazine is from 1962 before the car was finished and the pans rolled.
