    I would use Windex and a Razor Blade !

    If you're not careful a razor blade can scratch the crap out of your windows.

    Use fine steel wool. IF you HAVE to use a blade, use a BRAND NEW one and use a sharpie to write TOP and Bottom on it so you never flip it over. Those little invisible little bumps can wreck a piece of glass in a few seconds.

    STEEL WOOL is killer. takes some work. dont knock the glass off your work bench! keep the steel away from your new paint!

    I like useing bronze wool. It does't leave shards of rustable crap on your car when done.

    I use 0000 steel wool. Cleans the shit outta chrome too.

    I have used a buffer and glaze, just like I was finishing paint, quick and they are clean. Also, regular car wax if you don't mind doing a little manual labor.
