Can anyone help me locate a copy of an old Car Craft that featured my father, Ben Brown, in the 'Hard Chargers" section. (I think that was the correct title of the section.) Unfortunately, I don't know which month or even which year he was in. Terry Cook, whom is a family friend and editor of the mag figures somewhere between '68 and '71. Looking to find a copy for Dad as a Christmas gift.
    Thanks for any help:D

  2. First, you're gonna' get reamed for not posting an intro.

Second, how interesting that the screen name "Hot Rod" is available.:)

I have a few issues but maybe Terry can narrow it down for you to at least a year???? Tell him to stop promoting Lead East for a minute or two (although its a TON of work- I know...) and maybe he can check back in his records.:) He 's GOTTA have something! Dpoes he keep old copies that you can look thru?

Thanks for the notes back. I do apologize for not having more specifics. The name of the piece in the magazine may have been Hi-risers. I see if I can get more info from Terry
