One of the things I love about our hobby isn't the cars so much as the history, memories and stories that are attached to the cars we love. Looking through some old family pics today and these pics all stood out for various reasons. The black and white of my Mom and Dad hanging in his 54 olds in 1966, My Mom & sister in front of the 61 Biscayne Dad drove early in their marriage. That's me in the stroller watching my Dad do a brake job on my 56 in 1975. (Dad started brainwashing me young! ) And my dad's 62 and 55 that he did a little custom work on and then the old demo derby car that one of my uncles campaigned for a while. The stories are endless and I always remember as a kid and young man sitting around the table with Dad and my uncles listening to stories of all the cars they had and wished they still had. Post up some pics of your family history cars so everyone can hear the stories and bring back memories. We live in tumultuous times. It's all the good ol memories that keep me sane!
Lots of family photos in the “Antiquated” Forum on the HAMB, but they would be more personal here..good idea…
