Old Chevelle wagons...lets see them

    I had a '64 2dr. wagon in '67-'68. It was a factory 283 4 4 spd. red in color. I paid $1500 for it. It ran like crap, but I didn't have the money to tune it so I just drove it.... Hard. It started to run great. Drove it for a year or two then sold it. Wish I had a lot of cars back.

    For NHRA stock and super/stock class racing,
    the '65 models offered a slightly wider choice
    of legal engine combinations than the 1964
    model. Also, '65 was the first year that the
    stronger 12-bolt rearend was available,
    wheras the '64's all only ever came with the
    10-bolt.
