does anyone know the specs for this cam ? see pics.
    for Olds 330-350-400-425-455 2nd gen
It "should" be a solid flat tappet with the "F284" on front end,
also stamped "K9478" and back end
just how much duration does it have ?
I measured the lobe lift it's approx. .280"
that would make it around .450" lift with the stock 1.6 Olds rockers
a small square box tag I got with the cam separately, doesn't match the cam stampings,
also doesn't match the measured lobe lift. so it can't be that.
the tag was not on box, with 800661 on it,
that's a hydraulic cam with much more lobe lift.

wow amazing I came to the right place, and good thing I asked, cuz I have one 45 degree 425, and one 39 degree 425- was gonna use the 39 degree cuz it's more modern. that may have been a big mistake. AWESOME thanks dude.
I'm pretty sure that cam is a 45 degree bank angle, I'd have to degree it of course. it may be a later cam than that, or perhaps even earlier. the 2nd gen Olds mill was relatively new back then since 1964, they were still working out the cam grinds and changing, upgrading them often.

ps- just checking, it was referenced as F283 instead of F284 per your post ? is that a typo, or is that really what's in the catalog ?
