Old Crane Cam

Hi! I joined hoping I could find some info on a old Crane roller cam for a BBC. It was available in the mid 80's. The # on it are: 139536-TR272/4167-25-10 It also has BP7974. If anyone could give me specs on this cam I would appreciate it-especially the valve lash. THANKS-Dave
