Well, I say Good for Bobby. When something like that gets waved under your nose, you just go for it, I guess. And the Lakester went to Amsterdam? Now THAT'S cool...
Those same people are always hanging around my pit. Can't they just get a room or something? Good for you Bobby
That's funny, my brother bought me a sub to GQ and it was in there in an ad, but I couldn't see the side so I didn't know it was Old Crow!
I always wondered what it was like hanging out on the salt. Glad I haven't made it out yet, I would have been underdressed.
Good for you, Bobby. Those models appeared to be skinny enough to fit. The flats and Old Crow are both very photogenic. Iconic, even. The secret is out.

Hey.... Thanks gang. I know, I just found out about the New York Times thing a couple days ago. I called the guy that wrote the blog, and he said they are also doing a print version of the story in the newspaper, but he said it was only on the East coast. ??? I don't know why, but thats what he said. Hopefully he will mail me a copy. I'm still waiting for the car to get back to the States. It's kinda holding me up for this years race season. I think it's still gonna be another 5 weeks. This whole transporting stuff by freight is really frustrating, and really slow. I'm glad I'm not in the Import/Export business. Funny thing about the models, the day of the shoot was freezing, we were all wearing our big coats and beenies. But you can't tell at all from the pics. Although that's one reason we never met the models, they went straight from their warm RV to the shoot and straight back again. But hey, the craft service was great!!!! We had prime rib of sea bass every day. Yummm.
