History Old Floor jacks any info how to fix them.

    I have had this jack for years i almost threw it out today but didn't have the heart. I pressuer washed it got all of the grease off it might be froM the 30s or 40s dont know. I like it because its real low. It was a light metilliac blue at one time. Any info on it? It had a tag on top at one time but its gone. It was about 3x4 with screws. Thanks billy

    you might wanna call the local Transmission shop and ask them who they use to refurb their jacks. I'm sure there's a shop somewhere in the area that can get it back in business.

    Most any hydraulic repair shop should be able to help you out.

    I am in the process of rebuilding an old black hawk myself right now.

    Thanks for the site T-town. Maybe I can get my 30 year old Craftsman jack fixed. Sears no longer carries parts.

    My guess is Walker, and 1950 ±10yrs

  10. hellmet the guys over on the garage journal will most likely be able to id your jack and point you towards parts for getting it fixed

    he does a lot of phone sales for parts and has a large invetory
    of parts, he has been doing this for at least 10yrs and bought
    out a business that had been doing it for yrs
