Great find but, I have to agree with B Lawrence .. it is just an opinion .. but i think he hit the nail on the head if the guy wanted to sale it it would be gone but the fact that he never says keep out or doesnt just say its not for sale is purely for the attention ... so he has a little Narcissism but dont we all have a little our selfs and he sounds like a cool guy i would grant him that and show up every so offten to B.S. with him about it find out how he got it why it sat ect. ... again great find and even better story
