Joined a bit ago and promply forgot my password. But now I'm back and wrote password in reverse on my forehead. My ride is a '32 Ford pickup that is still wearing its' white paint and shop lettering [Steve's Tire Service, Manville, N.J.] that was done in '58. The red parts were freshened up but the original stuff had to stay. Truck is in amazing shape probably due to it being rolled back into shop in '67 when four-banger froze solid that winter in NJ. Now running a Very Small Block Chevy [VSBC - 4.3L V6] that rolls the phone booth with solid axles about as fast as I want to go. Getting close to 50K on the new [since '99] odometer, most of which is quick trips to the closest Ace hardware. Westminster, MD. is a great place for a retired guy to live and enjoy an old truck. Great country roads here and across the Mason-Dixon Line into PA. Seems like all roads lead to Gettysburg when out for a ride. I have the privledge of being a member of The Rusty Nuts HRG and of helping Mike & Jay put on the Jalopyrama each year. This is one of about 3 or 4 must events in this area each year, as many are finding out. Enough for now.
