Old NHRA certificate

OT,Just wondering if anyone on here might know what years NHRA gave these out.I have this one.sorry the damn thing won't load.

Are those Greasy Fingerprints all over it?

 

I don't know when they started, but this is my first one from 1962. Got a second one in '63, and for cl*** records '64 through '67 didn't even get a hand shake.

 

I have a bunch of the old IHRA ones from when the tower was torn down at Bristol.
