Howdy all! Merry Christmas! Been awhile since I owned a car....my last and only was 1966 Ford Galaxie 500 427. Bought new and had it til 1984. Haven't owed a car since. Been in the biker world since the mid 80's.....anyway.. Getting old and the cold is getting painful, so will be buying some old beater to fix up and call a daily driver....In order of preference... 1964 Ford Fairlane 1965Ford Galaxie 1966 Ford Galaxie !966 Ford Fairlane 1967 Ford Fairlane 1967 Ford Galaxie Although I remember my 66 and all I did to it, which was pretty much everything at least twice, it has been more than 40 years since I had any interest in cars, so I imagine things have been invented, changed, discovered that I know nothing about...so I will be stopping by with questions and to pick your collective brains before and definitely after I choose a car to eat my wallet...anyway...Howdy! Welcome back to the HAMB from Illinois. Buy a driver, that you can improve, while you enjoy it. Starting a non running project can easily turn into a long haul that never really happens. Merry Christmas.
