History Old Photos of my Grandpa.

    Here are some old photos of my grandpa in the 1950s. The 52' Merc was the first car he ever bout new, and was destroyed in an arson a few weeks after he got it. The ford was also his baby, but it got sold for the 4 door.

Its sad what happend to that beautiful mercury but I Loved seeing your pictures and Great guys like your grandpa it remines me of my grandpa and all the hard work that all off are familys worked so hard for just to keep A hoof above there heads and food on the table and at the same time tryed to make the world better for all of us, I wish my family had more old pictures or some 8mm reals, My grandpa allways told me about the old days from the 1950s and erlyer from back when he was growing up he was born in 1928, He would tell me in every little detail and I lerned so much from him and im still lerning, Some times he helps me work on my cars some times, with little thing just because thats what he loves to do, I got named after my grandpa hes my hero because of him I will never custom A car there cool but just not for me because of the respact that I have for the guys that made the old cars from scratch like preston tucker that was there dream to make A Automobile and I will never change there dreams. I would love to be back in the 1950s I would not even no where to begain hahaha, THANK YOU so much for sharing this great pictures I cant wait to see more :D
     
  3. I love seeing old pic like this. Ive got some good ones of may Grandpa and great grandpa like that but i dont have a scanner. I would love to post them.
