History old powered throatless shear

    Thought some of you might get a kick out of this old monster I saw today. The owner thinks its' WWII vintage, but the open case motor says 20's to me. He also thinks its classic industrial art... and I tend to agree with him about that.

    Built 7 miles from my place at Marshalltown Manufacturing. Didn' know they built such tools. Still in business and known far and wide for quality cement finishing tools. Thanks for posting.
