Crook... Famous Quote by vermont Sign Carver & seminair teacher Jay Cooke...Don't be Street Driven...that is don't let the customer dictate your pricing. BUT don't gouge em either...Theres enough sign pricing programs and comparison info to rate things at "fair market value" .If you change your prices ,have somewhat of a "plan" to your madness....Time & materials. How long does it Take and at 40-45% markup for materials ...you should be in the ballpark..AND there IS ROOM for pricing in TALENT and DESIGN TIME. Thats why I questioned the 1200. quote on this truck ....If it took him 2days =16 hours @ say 45..thats only 720...that job shoulda took about 8 hours total for Everything with minimal material its almost 150 per hour ???

That's exactly how my sign painter did the lettering on my coupe. He rolled it on with one shot to fade one color to another. The whole lettering and pinstriping thing fascinates me. I could be a groupie.

    Great job.

Hellzapoppn is beautiful. The lettering is stunning. I'd like to see it up close so I could study the handwork. Hats off to both you and your sign guy! They dont get any nicer than that!

Your truck looks great Chaz. I just didn't have the cajones to try it myself, at least not on the coupe body. Credit to Norwell who came up with the design, Tony Davis painted it.

    Y'all have inspired me.

Nice Do-It-Yerself. Adding the drop shadows and pinstriping sealed it. Hellzapopp'n ... sweet!

Killer ride Hog mtn Dave, I've admired Tony Davis' work for many moons....he lives just down the road from me, I've got to go introduce myself. Awesome Norwell design too.
