I have an art print hanging in my office a friend of mine painted of the Highway Host, almost looks like he stole your pic! Funny, he couldn't remember where it was from. I have hundreds of pics of old neon signs, been taking them for years, I'd post a few but all 35mm.
Washoe Valley, Nevada. Motel long gone, sign barely hanging in there. The Dari Delish Drive In. St. Helens, Oregon. Started life as a Dari Delite. One of my favorite signs anywhere. The Palms Motel. Portland, Oregon.
here's one before they tore down the building for a new unemployment office. was the oldest existing sign here in moultrie. they are tearing down history here left and right.
here's a one of a kind thats gone now, some of my earliest memories are of this station, it was supposed to be put in a mueseum but it was thrown away along with all of the drawings and photos of it.
