History Old speed shop

While paging through Tex Smith's hot rod history, book one page45. There is a 1939 ford "B" coupe.
The lettering on the side says "UTAHS BEST EQUIPPED SHOP", and "845 so. Main on the hood. Since I live in Utah, I was wondering if anyone remembers or knows anything about the shop or the car?
Just thought I would ask? And see what I dig up.
