I think it's a ****in crime that those cars are gonna get crushed if they don't sell, and be turned into hondas! There not making them like that anymore guys!!I know we can't save them all, but those Dodge ranchero looking things are the ****. All Mo. HAMBers NEED to go and try to save what ya can. Maybe we should start a HAMB "save them from the crusher" campaign? If I had the $$$ and the land, I'd store them all and GIVE them or their parts away, if I knew it would save them from being lost forever I feel sick to my stomach just thinking about them being lost forever. WWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH.
Not only the cars not sold will be crushed, you can bet the salvagers will be there scarfin up everything that sells for less than $200. Says no parts to be taken off cars sold for salvage.

damn that ****s. I wonder how many cars will sell and how much$$? Im curious if there will be a ton of people there or not. I am thinkin of a way to get there but then I would still need a bunch of cash to take with.....hmmmmmm.

With that many cars they won't be able to spend any time running up the price on any one car. I'd say things will be going dirt cheap. The list says there's a 34 coupe and a 31 body. This reminds me of the place my Grandpa had. When he got old and sick he crushed everything and didn't even try to sell it. These ol guys gotta realize they aren't doing the cars any favors by letting them sit for 40 years then dying.
son of a *****,these are the things i hate,it's sooo hard for me to have extra funds /space for cars,and these people just toss 'em like there a dead tree..... i'm actually kinda mad......i goota find a way out there,and some money,have too.....
Did you notice the shoebox with radius fenders and roll bar.. would be cool to know the history on that. Glad its not near me, as there are about a dozen or so that I would want , a dozen more then I need or have room for..

There are some really great parts. I saw a few visors that I know would be worth a few bucks. I wouldnt mind getting a few parts off those 41-46 chevy trucks What's with all the missing tires? Were all those cars parked on a giant sponge? Most are sitting on their frames. Better bring the bee spray and a snake bite kit. Hopefully the dogs in the pictures keep the varmints under control.

Her dad ownes Nordstroms Auto Recycers in S.E. South Dakota, one of the oldest and largest Salvage Auto Recyclers in the U. S. When they put on auctions, either at their site (thousands of cars, new and old), OR at the site they find these old stash's of cars, it will be advertized to the hilt, arround the world. DON'T think for a minuet that this is just a local auction co. and just the local plow-jockies will be there. The LOCAL bidders will be flanked heavilly by the PRO'S. The only sweet deals will be the stuff NOBODY BUT THE CRUSHER will want. Just a 'HEADS-UP', I HOPE THE LOCALS GET THEIR SHARE.
That kills me....Its a damn shame to let an organiztion come in and make the final decission on stuff like that.....You would think that somebody like him would like to see all those cars be saved but i guess not...Grant it, some of them are prob shot and should go to the crusher but most of those cars look pretty damn complete! I should see how much vacation time i have left... Dirty
