Am I the only guy that has no problems running on bias ply tires?

Was just out in POURING rain on my Firestone Deluxe Champions and had zero problems..

  2. not to start another debate on radials VS bias  (I have both), but around here bias like to grab our cool rain grooves in the road, they wear out faster, the sidewalls break down and then they start to wonder.

I ran bias-ply for a couple years on my 53. Eventually I changed over to radials so I could enjoy the ride a bit more. I went with an LT215/85R16. I like the tread and width, and it seems to fit the profile of the truck nicely. The ride is much better too.

I run 15" www radials from Diamond Back on my daily driven '56 F100.. Tab at DB gave me a hell of a deal.

Diamondbacks are the best, but I really don't have a probelm with the ride from Bias Plys, maybe I am alone on that.

Tires sometimes get blamed for the effects of worn parts or alignment issues.
