    I always liked those old wagons. They always reminded me of an old refrigerator layed on its side. pretty neat old hoopties.

    Seems like I just saw picture here or in a magazine of one of the Scandanavian guys taking one of the 544s and metal shaping a coupe roof, notch and trunklid on one, that really looked like a small 48 Ford coupe...I'm looking for one of these or one of the big Citreons in a stationwagon, please PM me if you know of one somewhere..Thanks

    There is one of these on a ranch near here..guy said it was a 50s Volvo taxicab body set on 4WD and used for Military, Sugge? I thought he said Oswego? or something...really cool

    The front floors are all new metal. I had a sheetmetal shop make them to my patterns. The rears had pinholes, and were repaired with 'gl***.

    The tunnel is all new, also. I swapped in a T5, and the tunnel had to grow to fit it.
