    Try CRC SCREW LOOSE and fine steel wool, you will be amazed how much paint is under that rust, even puts a shine on the paint! Chris

    Who would have ever thought cracked laquer and rust would have made the best paint job!!

    I dont know whats in screw loose, but it works better than all the others I tryed,it desolves the rust and brings back the color in the paint. Chris

    Dad primered it in 1970 when he dropped a 327 in it, has sat a while but I am driving it to work today.

    I dont have many pics of my car close up...but if you like old laqeur, paint chipping and spider cracks...this is the car,lol...many say i shouldnt paint it...have to finish it though.

    For your viewing enjoyment, genuine 70-year-old Chevrolet lacquer, complete with what looks like barbed-wire hieroglyphics. Man, I wish this car could talk. If all goes according to plan, it will be able to by the end of November.
