Oldie from Sydney, Australia

Discussion in 'New to the H.A.M.B.? Introduce yourself here!' started by invada, Mar 18, 2010.

  1. Hi guys,
I've been a member of the HAMB for the last 5 years or so, (what you say, 5 years, he's been lurking around here and NOW he decides to introduce himself, Jezzz!)... ( is this some kind of record Ryan).
I guess I was a lil' shy. Anyway, now I'm here, and there's no stopping me.
I've been into Hot Rods, Drag Racing And the Kustom Kulture since the early sixties, over here in Sydney, Australia. Now that I've settled down a little (Ooooooo Yeah!), I've decided to rekindle that Hot Rodding flame and finally build myself my dream '32 3 winda'.
Been collecting parts over the last couple of years, and lots of cool ideas from you guys.
    Thanks guys:D,
    Invada

  3. Will be having an Old Farts Social Get Together at WSID (Nostalgia Drags) if this weather holds out.... LOL:D:D

    Thanks for the welcome Captain.

  9. Kia ora from the Land of the Long White Cloud...

Since you're a Sydneysider, do you know if the ol' Sedoupe's still in existence? A friend of mine owned it in the mid-'70s (I've stuck a pic of the Model A in one of my HAMB albums). I always wondered whatever happened to that piece of Aussie rodding history.
