I have a 350 Olds engine out of a '77 Seville that is in my '49 Caddy, along with the rest of the driveline & suspension.
I decided to change the cam, carb and of course it has been awhile since I took it apart, I can't remember if the distributor is a timed vacuum advance or a full vacuum advance....need to know which so that I can hook up the vacuum lines to the correct port on the AFB. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

OK, but do you mean to the "timed" vacuum port or the "full" vacuum port? Thanx.

  4. What you are calling timed vacuum oldsjoe is calling ported vacuum. It is not full vacuum so your only other option is the other vacuum port no matter what you decide to call it.
