Olds 394 Rockers

When I built the 1964 394 for my 55 Super 88 about 10 years ago, parts were hard to find. I had to recondition the rocker arms myself. I now see that rockers, shafts and push rods are on E-Bay new. Does anyone out there know if the quality of these new parts are up to OEM spects.
