It has been a long time since I have played around with an Olds engine so naturally I cannot remember what color the blocks were around 1950 to 53. I know that the valve covers were green with a gold colored cap that held the ignition wires but can't remember if the block was black or green or ?. If anyone can tell me a source for the green (if that is the color) I would appreciate it and try to refresh my memory if at all possible!

My 52 is green, i have used both the Rustoleum forest green, and the paint from Fusick. I can't tell the difference except for price.
