Customs Olds Motors

    Not knowing alot about Olds motors. I have some 303 stuff (valve covers/manifold) and would like to know what other size motors I can use them on,,,if any. Your responses would be greatly appreciated

    I believe that the valve covers will interchange with the 324's ('49-'56); I believe the later covers have perimeter hold down bolts rather than central mounting studs. As to intake manifolds, I believe they will bolt on, but Oldsmobile changed their intake port size several times in the 303/324 era and you could end up with serious port mismatches.

    The heads and intake manifold are '49-'53. They can be used on '54-'56 engines if used in unison, although that would be a step down from the later heads, which have larger ports.
