    Say Marty, do you have any relation in the Lincoln Ne. area? I was at the Lincoln swap meet today & noticed a vender had a vintage trophy with the name Gary Strode on it.

    Not that I know of, but those Strodes have always been trophy hungry.

  4. Marty, did you end up splitting the wishbone to accommodate the Olds oil pan?

    Speedy, we put the build on hold for a while, still on the search for a Lincoln wishbone .

    I've got it 32 truck Wishbone that is unsplit at the house I can measure it and see what I come up with

    Brian, Thanks for checking, at least I know what the truck wishbone looks like. The car is in storage 85 miles from me, until I get some of my projects caught up. Great work on that Roadster, hope to see it sometime, perhaps Eagle Field !

    No, it's going to have to wait until next Winter, as the owner will be bringing the Lakester I built him, for some alterations. I am going to add a couple feet to the back section, and install a dorsal fin, and be ready for SPEEDWEEK ! IMG_3295.JPG IMG_3293.JPG
