Hi all. Anyone suggest the best GM (or aftermarket) front clip to replace stock 1957 OLDS 88? Like to incorporate FR or IDIDIT Column. Also rear disc brake conversion. Thanks, charly9g.

The 57 Olds has a decent ball joint front end from stock. Might want to check in with a disc brake conversion. But my 57 Olds was right nice out of the box................ Good luck with it.

A pretty ambitious project. Go for it as long as all these mods improve the driving. However, if you do these mods then this is not a "restoration" unless the definition of that word has changed. More like a "restomod".
No matter, keep us updated with photos as you make progress. A 57 Olds can be a great driver!!
