I am building this 32 roadster for a guy and I just pulled this motor out of one of his show cars. The car is a 55 olds, but I do not know if this is a 394 or what it is? I am pretty sure that the heads are 394. Here are a few pictures of the motor, it is hooked up to a hydromatic trans. Before I pulled the motor out I took the car on the highway, this thing ran like a top. A big thank you from the ThirdCoast. I need to finish this car for next weekend, yeah right!!!

Bill look out, I think theres a Puerto Rican trying to get in your window!
FEAR not William, me and the crew are gonna fly to Chicago and finish your car for you, get your camera ready.
As for your Rocket V8, who cares what it is.
Congrates on the pics in the new Rodders Journal, there's nothing better than ridding the coat tails of someone else's history.

  5. I know my 53 has the numbers stamped on a boss of the deck surface just below the drivers side head. I know nothing about the later 50's and 60's motors though.

    Carl,
your wit and humor is fabulous! you need your own dvd about that. everytime I read one of posts you bring a little laughter into my dull life. and you are right about the olds engine, I really do not care, as long as I smell burning rubber coming from the back of the car. abot the perto rican in the window, the third coaast doors are open to evryone! One more thing, I have been shoveling snow for the last 2 weeks 45 minutes with my right arm and 45 with my left arm, I am going to the tanning salon today so this new year you are going to lose all of your titles!! My idol was Frank Zane, see you at the posedown and FOMOCOPOWER. You are invited to the the third coast anytime you like, I am always looking for new apprentices. You are probably all wondering you wrote this, not me my secretary.

I will "go" I mean come down to the third coast and have a pose down like no other, that the likes of the HAMB has ever seen. I have been training with Lou Ferigno's father and he told me I was like one of Michelangelo's sculptures, chisled from marble. My last set of today while doing skull crushers I dorp the weight from exhaustion and some random guy gives me a present of another drop set. I am coming for you Bill. Here's a tip for you, the only hope you have is a total body pose because my double bi-cept will make all the young girls in the audience a little damp...
