I was wondering if there was a need for this part? I have a small machine shop here in town that could make them I have noticed a need for them and because I am a good hot rodder I will sell them at cost. I mean us Olds guys have to stick together. If there is such a need for them I can look into it. So, what do you think is there enough of us out there to make it worth it? I know I could use some spares.
I believe a lot of the years interchange. 1949-1964 the reason for the long pivot ball would be the extended bellhousing. There is a Olds guru here in town his garage is like a early Olds museum. I will contact him this weekend just to make sure but, I am almost sure they all mix. With stock bellhousing. Of course adapters use different pivot balls according to the application. Tim
