    Hello Guys,
I am pulling the 394 out of My 64 Starfire, I've decided to go a different route. Figured that someone may be interested in it. This motor has been freshly rebuilt by a reputable engine builder here in Columbus OH. Performance Research Inc, Bob Proffit does a great job on both street and race engines alike. The engine has less than 500 miles on it. I am posting pictures and videos of it running. This motor is being sold complete from carburetor to oil pan. It currently has an Edelbrock 500 cfm carb on it. I have a freshly rebuilt Rochester 4GC for it that was rebuilt by Hite Parts Exchange. with the purchase of this engine, I will include both carburetors. Also, the car currently has a th350 bolted to it. I have an adapter plate from Bendtsens transmission adapters that is in the car currently, with that adapter, you can now hook up a th350 or 400 transmission, it includes the crankshaft spacer as well. For an additional $1,000, I will include the adapter plate kit. In this rebuild, the engine received new shaft rockers and shafts, water pump, etc., It was bored .030 over, it had to be, to clean the bores up. The ONLY parts in/on this engine that are not new, are crankshaft and rods. The rods we're balanced, The crankshaft was turned 10/10 and polished, The distributor has not been rebuilt, and is the original points style distributor. There is no shaft play on the distributor and has worked well for the past 2 years, it does have a new set of points. This engine does NOT include a fuel pump, I ran an electric pump and used a buick pump as a block off, Does NOT include the original cooling fan, I had a griffin aluminum with an electric fan. This is a sound build, I can provide the build sheet for it, I just have to get it from Bob at PRI. This engine needs NOTHING, you can hook up fuel and power, and turn the key. If you have any questions on it please feel free to call or text me, or message me on here. 614-946-5516, I can also be reached at Cody19314@hotmail.com. This engine has been in the car for two years. When it was rebuilt, it was painted with fusicks engine paint. Over time, It obviously has acquired some wear and scratches from working on it etc., Thanks! thumbnail_IMG_1400.jpg
