O.K., HEre's the stupid question of the day.... Will the intake gaskets from a '57 371ci cross over to a '56 324ci"??? If not, where can I find them at(other than Fusicks)???
Looked in a 1964 era Speed Parts catalog and for heavy duty intake gaskets for the rocket engines they had separate parts numbers for the: 49-53, 54-56, 57-58, and 59-60, so it sounds like no, they probably won't interchange, but I never tried it for those years. Maybe Yorg will know. I find gaskets at swap meets and on ebay and stock up on them when I can find them at decent prices (mine are for the 394s). Maybe someone else has another source or you could put a "wanted" ad in the HAMB classifieds. Check the Olds listings in Hemmings too.
