I'm about ready to put the motor back in my 55 olds and noticed that one of my trans mounts is separating. The mounts are relatively new. Could I use some form of adhesive to glue it back together or s**** it and get another one. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
How did the engine mounts look?Were they [engine mounts] loose when you took the engine out?Did you pull them both as a unit or seperate.Just trying to find out why if their fairly new.I would replace them.
I pulled the motor and trans together. The motor mount looked fine. I appreciate the response i will just order a new mount.
