36 years ago today I bought this 67 - which I still own! Although when I bought it, it was yellow, all stock and had been hit hard in the rear. Here's a shot of how it looks now.
This ones not mine, but belongs to my friend Bill Carey. It runs a 455 Olds motor, Disc brakes and will soon have power steering.
Well, here's mine. It a 1962 Olds F85 Cutlass, 215 aluminum v8, auto. I really hate the auto. I've got an adapter so i can put in a 4 speed stick. The gas line was plugged up and needed to get it moves while trying to get the house ready and sold. It's stored currently and may be going up for sale this summer, so watch the 'cars for sale' section, or just let me know.
Just so you know, that car's a bit bigger than we're used to over here, too! (I do soooo love the big ones.)
Kinda strange.... not sure but I believe I own this car now. Bought it from a soldier in small town colorado.
It's lifted with a simple 2 pump prohopper setup. That is about to be replaced by two liftgate pumps and Adel dumps in a month or so. At that time we'll also be getting the car almost 2" lower in the rear.
Sweet. To be honest i really like that rake in the stance with it slightly higher at the rear, very subtle - but flat out decked front and back will look pretty darn special as well What size are your tyres? Mine's on chopped coils with 205/70/15's but the sump is too close to the ground and it takes chunks of road out, i need me some air
Here is a blast from the past, rewind to 1958.....Here is my dad in the Air Force stationed in WA and his 1953 Olds, one day I will find one!!
Here's pics of my 1932 Oldsmobile. Powered by a 496 Big Block Chevy, it's turned a best of 10.94@121mph in the quarter. I found it being used as a dog house of all things. It sure has come a long way since Fido lived in it.
