? on 3 deuce intake

i was wondering if you had an intake that required 3 bolt stormbergs 94 or 97. could you just tap some extra bolt holes and use a rochester or different make of carb and it still work. theres room to tap into the intake without any damage.

 

As long as you could get the gaskets sealed I don't see any reason it wouldn't work...

 

I have one that is tapped for both types
